• $400-999 (Level 1)
• $1000-2499 (Level 2) Extra 5%
• $2500-(Level 3) Extra 10%

Orders

To place an order, check status or speak with customer service, call 877.263.7268. Office hours are 9-6 EST. Orders may also be faxed to 603.735.4225.

Minimums

Minimum opening order is $400.

Re-Orders

Opening discount maintained with minimum $400 re-order. $100 re-order for Level 1 pricing.

Drop Ship

Drop ship orders are available. All drop ship orders will incur a $10 service fee.

Payment

Payment terms of NET 30 Days are available upon credit approval on opening orders of $400 or more. You may prepay with check or credit card to expedite the order. We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.

Prices

We publish a Level 1 wholesale price list (as well as a Suggested Retail list upon request). Discounts are listed above.

Freight/Fulfillment

Our freight warehouse is located in LaCrosse WI. Freight charges are determined by the dollar amount of each order. Freight and fulfillment is 8% of the invoice amount or $20, whichever is greater.

Backorders

Please indicate when you place an order whether you want us to ship or cancel the backorders. If you do not specify, we will ship all backorders.

Returns

No returns will be accepted without prior approval of American Cottage. A 25% restocking fee will be charged at our discretion. Rugs must be in original packaging.

Cancellations

Cancellations will be accepted if received prior to shipping.

Please Note

All rugs and pillows are individually hand made and therefore may vary slightly in color and size. If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, please save all packing and call 877.263.7268. Customer service will advise you of our easy replacement procedures.
